All garments are inspected before ironing, any items
that are damaged will be returned un-ironed to avoid any
misunderstanding.

We do not accept any underwear for ironing, these will
be returned in a separate bag with your delivery.

There is a minimum order value of £18.50 - 20 items per
collection.

Our return delivery hours are from 19:00 to 21:00 Monday
to Friday

Items will be returned
folded or on hangers depending on your preference. If
you would like your items hung, please provide hangers
at point of collection.

We can supply standard hangers at £0.20p each if required.

- Our normal service is 24hr
turnaround, if this service is not available you will be
advised at the point of contact.
- In the unlikey event of loss or damage, we will
compensate up to a maximum of £30.00 per item.

Delivery is free within a 3 mile radius of Rayleigh town
centre
postcode, If you are outside the
three mile radius a £1.00p charge per mile is applied.
